Where We Ship

Coziekin ships across the United States. We fulfill from US stock, so there's no multi-week overseas wait.

Shipping Costs

Free US shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 pay a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated US transit is 5–10 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery may vary with carrier volume, weather, or events beyond our control.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships; tracking usually becomes scannable within 24–48 hours. If it hasn't updated after 5 business days, email hello@coziekin.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it: check with neighbors/your building, confirm your checkout address, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If it's still unresolved after 5 business days, email us and we'll work with the carrier and either replace or refund the order, at our discretion.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please enter a correct, complete address at checkout. Orders returned as undeliverable due to an address error are refunded for the product cost (not shipping) once returned to us. Notice a mistake? Email hello@coziekin.com within one hour and we'll try to correct it before dispatch.
