Refund policy
If you're not happy with your Coziekin order, email hello@coziekin.com within 30 days of delivery. We respond within 24 hours and make it right — no runaround.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Send a photo to hello@coziekin.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement — no return needed.
Your dog won't use it, or it's just not right (within 30 days)
Email us with your order number. We'll usually offer a free replacement or store credit first; if neither works for you, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. For an unused mat in resellable condition we may ask you to return it; for a used or soiled mat we generally don't require a return (we can't resell it and won't ask you to pay to ship it back) — we simply make it right.
Order cancellations
You can cancel at no cost before it ships (we usually dispatch within 1–2 business days). After dispatch an order can't be canceled, but you're still covered by the 30-day window from delivery.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback — we resolve nearly every issue fast. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay your refund and, in cases of clear abuse, may result in suspension of future purchases.
